The New Mexico Society of Anesthesiologists would like to extend an invitation to attend and exhibit your products at our annual business and educational meeting scheduled for Saturday, February 27, 2010 at the Hyatt Regency Tamaya Resort and Spa just North of Albuquerque.
Exhibitors will be able to set up early that morning or sometime the evening before. The exhibit room will open to attendees on Saturday, February 27, 2010 at 7:00 a.m. with a continental breakfast served in the same room. The break food will also be in the exhibitor room.
Last year’s meeting was attended by anesthesiologists from throughout New Mexico and neighboring states and we hope to have even greater attendance this year. We are advertising nationwide. Speakers will be coming from across the country. Those of you who attended last year know what a success the meeting was. We look for a bigger success this year. You may pay your exhibitor booth fees by credit card if you wish by contacting Sally Blackstad at (505) 796-3430.

The booth fee for 2010 will remain $450.00 and can be made by credit card or mailed to the following address with your sponsorship form:

A block of rooms has been reserved until January 29, 2010 at $149.00 per night for a single or double for those attending the meeting, plus a $16 per day daily resort fee.
